I've spent much of my career digging deep beneath the surface to find negatives as well as positives - and as a Realtor, I apply those principles to help you make more informed buying decisions.   • More competitive offers. My unique Contextual Commission limits my fees to 1 -2.5% of the purchase price, based on the time and expertise required to meet your needs.  Because my fees are often lower than other agents, I can increase your purchasing power - put simply, if less money goes in fees, it frees up more cash for your offer

  • Reality Check Workshop. My upfront preparation helps speed up the offer process and reduce your stress in fast-moving markets. We take a deep dive into your goals (personal and financial) and concerns - from prioritizing your wishlist to assessing your tolerance of different risks - and prepare the ground for reviewing sellers' disclosure packages

Over the last decade I've viewed countless properties from San Francisco to San Jose, and carried out detailed analysis of multiple neighborhoods for my own construction research. I'll help you drill down into the pros and cons of every property you consider making an offer on

  • Construction experience As a Construction Doula(™), I can assist you if you're thinking of remodeling, adding an ADU or building a new home after your purchase.

  • Smoother end-to-end process. Once your offer is accepted, my team assists you through the entire purchasing cycle. Our goal is to make the transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible.
